Serena Center Tijuana Las Palmas is located in the Golden Zone of the city, just a few meters from the Galerías Hipódromo shopping center and surrounded by residential areas such as Lomas de Agua Caliente, Puerta de Hierro, El Paraíso, Hacienda Agua Caliente, among others, and less than 2 km from the Hospital del Prado. It has easy access from one of the city's busiest roads, Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, and Ave. De Las Américas.
The residence features two levels, an elevator, gardens, and rooms with private bathrooms, some with their own patio, and others overlooking green areas.
Serena Care Tijuana Center In the spring of 2018, the first private Day Center directed by Dr. Sarai Barajas was opened to the public, dedicated to caring for older adults from a comprehensive psychological perspective, with extensive care services for them and peace of mind for you.
In September 2019, we opened the third and final stage of Serena Center Tijuana with 10 new rooms. This is a special care area that includes a walker and recreation terrace, in addition to spacious areas for receiving visitors, a second nursing station, kitchen, and art room.
All our residents are monitored with our Serena Guardian System, which records vital signs, mood, medications, care plans, food intake, socialization, among other variables.

What is Serena Center?
It's a model of residences for the care of older adults. We specialize in caring for individuals with diseases such as Alzheimer's, and other types of dementia in older adults, Parkinson's, and other illnesses.
Serena Center is designed under the assisted living and memory care model of the United States with a higher level of service, as our caregiver-to-resident ratio is more than double.
We have three residences, one located in the north of Rosarito, the second in the golden zone of Tijuana, and the third between both cities.
Our Serena Centers are designed with a gerontological perspective and with all the amenities to promote a family-friendly, safe, and inclusive environment.
